The (DBWRC) is a component of Clark County Sanitation District's plan to meet the growing demands for water. A pipeline was installed from the Twain interceptor to the DBWRC, primary treatment facilities and secondary treatment facilities. A recycled water forebay, blending bay, pumping station and pump control building were constructed.
