The project consist of a new 800 member Army Reserve Center, including a training building, organizational maintenance shop building, and unit storage building. Additional features include locker and shower rooms, wash rack option, bi-level loading ramp, concrete military equipment parking equipped with solar arrays. TAB’s scope of work on the project includes demolition, site clearing, grading, utilities, paving, and other construction work required by the contract.
