New-Com, Inc. prides itself on offering competitive benefit packages for our employees. We provide company paid medical insurance for our staff. Supplemental voluntary insurance including - Short and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Vision and Dental - are also available and paid for by the employee via payroll deduction. In addition, all standard holidays are paid and vacation packages are standard for our employees.
Profit Sharing remains at the top of the list in employee appreciation. Through this plan, we have been able to annually contribute up to 15% of the employee’s annual compensation in a tax-deferred savings plan. This plan is funded 100% by the employer and operates on a standard 20% vesting plan.
