| CENTRAL PLANT SOUTH SECONDARY FACILITIES PH. 2 |

MMC was awarded the South Secondary Facilities project. The project consists of cast-in-place concrete with equipment and piping, masonry, HVAC, plumbing, piping, instrumentation, electrical, grading, paving, and landscaping and other miscellaneous related work to create a complete and functional facility which includes the follow:
Aeration Basins constructed of cast-in-place concrete with equipment and piping
Secondary Clarifiers constructed of cast-in-place concrete with equipment and piping
RAS Pump Station No. 6 constructed of cast-in-place concrete with equipment and piping
RAS Pump Station Building constructed of masonry with equipment
Mixed Liquor Splitter Box of cast-in-place concrete with equipment and piping
Blower Building constructed of masonry with equipment and piping
Electrical Building constructed of masonry with equipment

| WRF PH.3 EXPANSION |
| This project consists of adding 8 MGD of capacity to the existing facility. It includes the following:
A new master Headworks Facility consisting of Fine Screens, Aerated Grit Basins, Screening and Grit Washing and Handling, Scum Collection and Processing, Flow Equalization, Odor Control and an Influent Pumping Station.
BNR Activate Sludge Basin, Blower Building and related facilities.
Anaerobic and Anoxic Basins to convert the existing Oxidation Ditches to BNR basins
Final Clarifiers, RAS/WAS Pumping Station, Rapid Mix Basin, Flocculation Basin, Plate Settler and Chemical Storage and Handling Building, Continuous Backwash Filters, Ultraviolet Disinfection, Contact Basins.
Solids Handling and Processing Building with Belt Filter Presses and Aerated Sludge Holding Basins.

| SOLIDS DEWATERING FACILITY |
| This project consists of the construction of a new solids dewatering facilities. It includes the following
New Solids Dewatering Building with two 376,000 gallon sludge tanks, eight centrifuges, progressing cavity feed pumps, dewatered cake conveyance system, dewatered cake storage bins, a truck loading system, polymer mixing system and various chemical feed systems.
Transfer pump station with six progressing cavity pumps along with piping and controls
Sludge transmission lines with Micro Tunneling under the Las Vegas Wash.
Odor Control facilities with fans, biotowers, humidifiers and organic media biofilters.

| Primaries 13 & 14 -- Clark County Water Reclamation District Contract 582 |
| This project consists of building two 120 concrete primary clarifiers with processing equipment, piping, controls and covers. Also included is the rehabilitation of six existing clarifiers with new coating, mechanisms, and aluminum covers. |

| MOAPA VALLEY WATER RESOURCE CENTER MODIFICATIONS |
| This project includes construction of new Headworks Facility, Operations Building, and Process Support Building. Work consisting of cast-in-place concrete aeration basin, RAS splitter box, mixed liquor splitter box, and a 75 foot diameter secondary clarifier; addition of process equipment, piping, and controls in associated structures and buildings. The Work includes demolition of the existing Primary & Secondary Ponds. The work also includes electrical and control work required within the new structures, as well as buried site piping, site grading and paving, and appurtenant work. |

| ARSENIC REMOVAL PROJECT |
| This Project comprises the construction of five separate arsenic removal plants for the Virgin Valley Water District. The plants are designed to remove arsenic from the groundwater using a coagulation-filtration process with chemical addition. The filtration takes place in vertical steel pressure filters with dual media filter beds. The work also includes Yard piping, valves, vaults, grading, access roads, landscaping, fencing, demolition of existing utilities, rip rap and erosion control, HVAC Systems, Facility and yard electrical work, Instrumentation and control equipment, SCADA and PLC hardware, and computer equipment. |
